Every bedroom includes a spacious closet, a private en-suite bathroom, and a digital lock for added security and privacy. Utilities are included for a simple, all-inclusive living experience.

Rental rates start at $8,500 per month to lease the entire five-bedroom apartment. A flat $250 monthly utility fee applies, which covers gas, electricity, and water for added convenience and predictable monthly costs.

Individual room rentals start at $1,899 per month.
